This International Men’s Day, we’re getting together for more than just a great afternoon.

This November, The Lion Richlands is joining forces with 5km for the Men at Forest Lake, with both events proudly supporting Spoke to a Bloke and their mission to support men’s mental wellbeing through connection, mateship and real conversations.

Start by getting together with your mates for 5km for the Men on Sunday, 15 November, then continue the conversation at The Lion Richlands International Men’s Day Luncheon on Thursday, 19 November.

Our luncheon is an afternoon to celebrate the dads, sons, brothers, partners, mates, colleagues and all the good blokes in our lives, with great food, drinks, entertainment and plenty of laughs along the way.

Most importantly, together we’ll be raising funds and awareness for a cause that reminds us just how powerful a simple conversation can be.
