Diamantina beef is well-known for its top quality and offers a wide variety of types, including Wagyu, Angus, grain-fed, grass-fed, and organically certified cattle. These cattle are raised on native grasses and grains in Diamantina Shire in western Queensland amid fertile pastures alongside abundant wildlife in diverse, thriving landscapes.
Their third-generation family farmers are committed stewards of the animals and the sprawling natural grasslands that they nurture with care.
