Walk for a Bloke 2025

Spoke to a Bloke – Walk for a Bloke; we joined the walk in 2024, and we did it again this year!

As a proud sponsor of Spoke to a Bloke, Walk for a Bloke in Brisbane is an event we couldn’t wait to be in. With a 25-km walk along the river and Brisbane CBD last Saturday, 22 March, our General Manager, Justin Hall, and our mates came together to raise awareness and funds to support men’s mental health.

As you might know, The Lion Richlands has recently been named a finalist in the Community Support Services category of the Keno & Clubs Queensland Awards 2025 with Spoke to a Bloke – Walk for a Bloke. Beyond the recognition, however, the involvement and commitment towards community support are all we are hoping for. Together, we improve men’s health!

Awesome place right after the Richlands exit from M5. Membership is 5 aud a year. And its already paying off, great discount on lunch sets. Even just for the pizza alone, its worth the drive to Richlands. Friendly staff and budget friendly fares. Will keep coming back.

Amazing! Heat atmosphere, great food, prices, service... really down to earth good value and a fun evening for my wife's birthday! I whispered to the staff about it at the start and to conclude the evening they came out with a wonderful plate with cake and candle and icecream for the kids... as well as a playroom for tee kids & Table activities book!!!
