How can I earn points?
Every time you make a purchase at THE LION Richlands and you swipe your membership card the point of sale OR whilst playing a gaming machine with your membership card inserted.
What Midas Tier Level will I receive?
Your ‘Midas Tier level’ is determined by the amount of ‘Tier Credits’ you accrue over a 3 month period. Existing members will be allocated a level based on their current accrued ‘Tier Credits’. All new members will begin at the base level of ‘Air’.
Is there a difference between Midas Rewards Points and Tier Credits?
Yes. ‘Midas Reward Points’ are for redemptions and ‘Tier Credits’ determine your level in the program i.e. Air, Earth, Water, Ice & Fire.
What are ‘Midas Rewards Points’?
‘Midas Reward Points’ are the redeemable points you earn whilst using your membership card throughout the club. ‘Midas Rewards Points’ can be redeemed for cash through the member’s kiosk. The value of the transaction will be deducted from your points where each point is worth 1c (100 points = $1).
Can I move into other Midas Rewards levels?
Yes. Once you qualify for the next level, we will notify you about the additional privileges that you will now earn. You will hold that level for 3 months then move down a level if you do not retain the required ‘Midas Rewards Credits’ for that level. You can check your Midas Rewards credits via the Kiosk or when you receive a SMS.
