Last week our Head Chef attended Corinda State High School for their immersive poultry preparation masterclass!

Tam demonstrated how to safely use different knives, highlighted the importance of hygiene, and showed how to debone and cook chicken while making the most out of every part. He also explored food waste management and shared different methods of cooking chicken

We hope all the students enjoyed the lesson, and we’re looking forward to attending the next masterclass!
