In the last week of March, Trish, the Founder of Smar Pups, accompanied Baxter to meet his new friend. Bright and adaptable, Baxter embraced his new environment and house rules.
“All the hard work paid off—he did exactly what he was trained to do,” Trish shared with heartfelt emotion. Baxter not only looks after his friend but also alerts the family when a seizure is about to happen. His presence is truly making a difference in their daily lives.
Seeing Baxter succeed in his mission while enjoying his new company fills us with joy. It’s a beautiful reminder of just how meaningful our work can be. Let’s celebrate this extraordinary chapter in Baxter’s and his friend’s lives!
