We have dishes designed to cater to everyone's tastebuds and dietary requirements – steak lovers will be in their element with our chargrilled menu, cooked to perfection at your individual preference. A vast selection of fresh seasonal salads, pasta, chicken and fish options are available every night of the week and we still offer the popular Club Classic $8.90 lunches.
Our new Winter menu is full of delcious, hearty meals that will not only fill that hunger of yours, but it will also warm up all of your senses to get you through these cooler months.
There are many new entree dishes to enjoy including a roasted Pear salad, the most stickest Pork spare rib fingers covered in a sweet and sour sauce that will have you licking up every drop. We have not forgotten the seafood lovers... we have brought back Chef's classic seafood chowder and you just must try our gorgeous seafood crepe parcel packed with prawn and crab and mascarpone filled with a carot and ginger puree, finished with a water cress salad. #salavating
We have also brought back your favourite winter dish from last year, the King Henry lamb shank and if that doesn't get you going, our new line up of steaks will including our new premium steak, a 300g Wagyu Diamantina rump that is famous for its melt in your mouth moisture, tenderness and flavour with a marble score 5+.
Or if you want to get in on the State of Origin action, you simply have to try our new hero steak, our "Steak of Origin", a char-grilled, 400g Op Rib on the bone served with maroon mash, burnt carrot puree, roasted fennel and baby beets, smoked bone marrow butter with a Cabernet jus.
And for those that have a sweet tooth? Your visit won’t be complete without sampling one or more of our indulgent desserts at THE LION Richlands. Our chefs will tempt you with their luscious ctriple choc brownie, pear frangipane, white chocolate and chai creme brulee, affogato or if you are game..... the most delcious sticky date pudding ever... you may not be game to tell Mum it's even better than hers!
